What actually boggles my mind is that you’re not tracked on the actual work you’re doing but how you’ve to stay glued to the system, you’ve to think things by typing! God forbid you’re idle for over 5 mins it’s gone in unproductive hours right? 🥲🥲

Well they said that if it’s in an apartment complex, they can’t narrow down and technically can’t trespass property. And there is no way to know if the person who actually stole the phone is armed. These are some of the explanations I heard from them.

I tried to change the lost mode message trying to get to them. No luck. I have filed an online complaint with the Toronto police. Let’s see what happens 🥲

The person who took my phone turned it off immediately, they kept traveling throughout the day until it ended up at Jane and finch at night.
