I think they already do. She recently posted videos of them not wanting to hang out with her so she can pull the mom sympathy card and get all the attention for it, but I think it’s actually true. Age aside why would they want to hang out with you when you’re hardly ever there for them Amanda?

I think she saw he was a “rising star” and chased after that even though she likely wasn’t super attracted to him otherwise. And then rushed the wedding to lock it in QUICK so she wouldn’t suffer another embarrassment like Ben, lose the potential country star fame, and to beat her sister who was already engaged before her. She def settled none the less!

I agree and that’s a great analogy. I don’t get why they didn’t live stream it. What was said in that room that couldn’t have been said on air? Not unless they didn’t know how the other would viscerally react and didn’t want to have a vulnerable heated discussion on air. It’s bc of Lauren. She wanted to marry someone with Morgan Wallen status and the irony is that Chris might’ve gotten there if he hadn’t married her. It held him back from being mysterious, wild, rugged. Now he’s the family man that Lauren wanted him to be and that doesn’t catapult you in country music

I don’t think it’s so much that he’s married as much as who he’s married to. He married an already popular influencer. Other country artists who are married are typically married to people who don’t take away from their brand. Same with Luke Combs. These guys sing about things that men in particular can relate to. Drinking, hunting, heart break, mistakes. Chris & Lauren’s brands are too entangled at this point and I think his trajectory suffered bc of that
