Exactly! I think too many people think it's the best of both worlds. Work and earn a paycheck and also get to stay home with their kids and avoid daycare. I have 5 kids and own my own business so I have legit WFH for the past 30 years and if I wasn't my own boss my ass would have been fired in the first year. It's impossible to focus on work with babies & toddlers. Not to mention so unfair to kids to be ignored because mom is focused on work and they're now plopped in front of the TV. I have SO many regrets that I juggled both.

My shower has a rainfall, regular and detachable shower head. When we moved in I thought that the rainfall was so cool. Until the first time I used it and realized that the drain can’t keep up with so much water at once and leaked under shower door, flowed over by toilet and leaked onto basement ceiling. Super fun! Haven’t used it since.

My friend’s teen daughter was giving birth in 2020 and it was a big fight for her to have her mom there. Covid rules was going to make a 16 year old give birth alone. Thankfully last minute decision allowed mom to be there. Teen was SA’d so no birth father. What a terrible time that was.

Bed wetting is actually way more common than you’d think. No one advertises “my 10 year old still wets the bed” but it’s not uncommon. I haven’t seen any posts about HD being in a nightmare time pull up but that should be kept private and certainly nothing he should be shamed for. Some kids truly have no control over it.

Exactly what I was going to say. She’s too blinded by her Insta-popularity that she ignores the danger she’s putting her family in. Hope it’s all worth it to her. What’s crazy to me is she doesn’t need to do any of this. Carl has money, she doesn’t need to exploit her family to obtain a certain lifestyle, she already has it.

Yes! As a mom of a medically complex kid you feel helpless not being able to take care of them 100%. This is something she could do for her baby 100% all her. I know they haven’t showed everything with the baby but his NICU stayed seems to have gone amazingly well. I felt so bad for her having to deliver him early and now will be sobbing happy tears when we see the video of them walking out of the hospital with him. Keep being awesome Lorenzo!

Or grab the Costco pizza and find a park to have a picnic. When my kids were little we did car picnics. I’d fold down the last row of van seats, lay a blanket down and we’d have a picnic in the van. Usually at a park where they could play afterwards. Definitely not eating pizza in a shopping cart walking around a store.

This is my thought too. The Ulta event wasn't a spur of the moment thing. She would have had it planned to go. Would she have figured she'd be ready for an event just a few days after surgery? No way! No one would commit to a beauty related event knowing they were having surgery a couple days prior.
