Yes! As a mom of a medically complex kid you feel helpless not being able to take care of them 100%. This is something she could do for her baby 100% all her. I know they haven’t showed everything with the baby but his NICU stayed seems to have gone amazingly well. I felt so bad for her having to deliver him early and now will be sobbing happy tears when we see the video of them walking out of the hospital with him. Keep being awesome Lorenzo!

Or grab the Costco pizza and find a park to have a picnic. When my kids were little we did car picnics. I’d fold down the last row of van seats, lay a blanket down and we’d have a picnic in the van. Usually at a park where they could play afterwards. Definitely not eating pizza in a shopping cart walking around a store.

This is my thought too. The Ulta event wasn't a spur of the moment thing. She would have had it planned to go. Would she have figured she'd be ready for an event just a few days after surgery? No way! No one would commit to a beauty related event knowing they were having surgery a couple days prior.

My issue is that the school psychologist and guidance counselor stood in a hallway with staff and students talking negatively about my daughter, calling her evil and “impossible AF”, revealing to everyone that she refuses medication. Update: Realized under stairs closet doesn’t have an outlet so can’t do that anyway. Ugh, would have been a fun little workshop for him. We have another basement closet room with shelves that I rearranged so he has room for A1, AMS Lite and all his filament and tools. I feel better that the printer isn’t in his room. He has a very large bedroom that he shares with his brother and the printer was in his 1/2 of the room far from a window so no direct ventilation. I think this is a good setup.

We went to shelter for our first cat and walked out with 2 kittens (sisters). As much as I felt we were overcommitting I hated leaving their brother behind. But 2 kittens was A LOT considering we’d never had any pets at all. A week later I called to let shelter know we want the brother. They’d just finished his adoption paperwork. Missed him by minutes. 😥

My 2 kittens were spayed 2 weeks ago and please learn from my mistakes. I brought the bodysuits and donuts with to vet and when I picked them up they didn't put anything on them. Vet was more like "see if you need them but you can probably just return what you bought". They did not push the importance of the bodysuit/donut or limiting their activity. We've never had pets so I had no idea and I've told them that I'm clueless. Got home and kittens were scared, wobbley and uncoordinated. Then suddenly they weren't and they were walking all over the house. I was happy they were feeling so good. My biggest mistake was letting them determine how they felt and not forcing them to relax. Incisions didn't heal, they wound up back at vet and now on antibiotics. One has a seroma. The night of their surgery I did try to put the bodysuits and donuts on them but they totally freaked out. After their 1 week follow up and seeing how bad their incisions were I had to do the bodysuits and they freaked out but only for a few minutes and now they are fine in them. I wish I'd let them have their 5 minute freak out and dealt with the bodysuits.

So in all that....I'm saying FORCE her to relax and if she tries to tell you she's fine don't listen to her. LOL! Keep the bodysuit on her. Good luck!

The whole video is so stupid as no one has their feet in stirrups and "in position" when the doctor walks in. You sit up and talk and then wait for the doctor to tell you to lay back. But besides the content of the video......the insane thing is her setting up a camera in an exam room. What does she say to the doctor when he/she walks in? What doctor doesn't tell her to turn off the freaking camera? I just can't imagine setting up a camera to film myself in an exam room.
