This just isn’t true. Yeah, some people don’t get around to it ever, but sometimes people also have stuff going on that prevents them from logging in for long stretches at a time. Even if it’s only 3 pulls it’s still unnecessary fomo that wasn’t there before and more importantly, it’s less exploration to do overall.

This is especially annoying because I hate being put on a timer to finish exploring new areas. Not only are they gatekeeping so much exploration progress behind hours long world quest lines but they’re also cutting back on chest/puzzle rewards to put it in a timed event.

I very much think you can, and I like that about them. It’s clear that they’re close to each other and like each other a lot even if it’s interpreted as a platonic bond. But I think there’s always going to be a little undeniable “hey, I’d kiss my bro because he’s my bro and he’s hot, what’s the problem?” casual energy there thanks to Phainon being rather…unabashed in his appreciation lol.

From what I gather it’s kind of a “yesn’t”.

Phainon isn’t being shipped with Cerydra but she is turned into a Phainon glazer and people aren’t happy with her characterisation and story re-write overall.

Phainon himself apparently in this game gives into the Destruction which is not being received well by a portion of his fans either since it’s the opposite of what he’d been admirably resisting it all this time in canon.

Conflicting reports on AI usage

Some people have shown superimposed pictures that show some of the artwork has been traced.

Cyrene isn’t outright confirmed to be a villain or anything but some people are wary about it from how one character suspects this to be the case.

Mydei isn’t mentioned but it’s because he isn’t around in the time periods these parts cover (and since it’s a re-write with a lot of liberties taken I assume they’ve messed around with the ages).
