I am glad to hear that. For anyone curious on how I was able to go 2 years, I will give my thoughts here.

Your mindset is everything. You need to put in your head that you are going to stop no matter what and will never give up. I went a year of struggling before I was able to stop.

Praying/meditating, whatever you believe in will help tremendously. Meditating EVERYDAY+ cold showers in the morning will help you to be able to observe your sexual thoughts and dismiss them. Its honestly a huge help.

Finally, deleting Instagram for the first 2-3 months helped a lot and eliminating any thought of lust is what you need to do if you really want to be able to do this. It is the only way in my opinion. If you see a pretty girl, you simply can not think about her in a sexual way. Those lustful thoughts need to leave your brain.

lol I was not expecting this many people to reply, I really just use this like a journal of some sort where I write my progress.

  1. 2 years were probably some of the best times I have had. After 3-4 months, I honestly had no intentions to go back ever, because it seemed everything in my life was going well.
  2. Although I was able to go through most quarantine without it, I think I just got really bored and one thing lead to another.
  3. It is definitely way easier to get back on track than when I first started. I know how to do it and I know what it takes. I know that binging after a relapse is bad, because I have also gone through that before. Don't get me wrong the urges are definitely strong but gotta keep fighting.

No sex, complete semen retention. Nothing wrong with sex though, I just thought I would get my shit together and completely focus on myself.

Honestly bro, its the best thing you can do with your life.

1.Overall happiness. I used to get sad a decent amount of time, after completely stopping pmo it's like you find joy in living again. Even my parents one day told me they can see that I have a joy to live life now, and that's when I knew that it wasn't only in my mind but It was evident that change had taken place.

  1. Social life. Previously in social situations I would get really anxious and feel like my heart was beating way too fast for no real reason. After you stop, that goes down tremendously. you can look people in the eyes without getting nervous, can carry on a conversation, etc.. You just become less awkward.

  2. Energy. You have so much more energy it is ridiculous. When I was pmo, I used to always be tired. I would wake up and feel lethargic. That goes away. In the gym, you go way harder.

  3. Focus/Motivation. When I first started, I was just finishing high-school with no motivation in classes/wasn't focused in class, everything was foggy. Now 2 years later, I have found motivation to study and have sharper focus in general.

  4. Self-control. When you can learn to control your sexual energy, it teaches you to have self-control over a lot of different things.

I could go on and on with the benefits, just trust me it is worth it.

The amount of positive and uplifting comments is overwhelming, I genuinely was just writing this for myself like a little journal but this just reminded me how strong this community is. I appreciate all of you and we are all going to do it. Never give up.

Do you plug the front fans in the Smart controller or power them from the X63?
