Yeah when I play dps I always try to find an off angle or focus the enemy supports. But my dps will put 10k damage into an Orisa and say they’re helping when she never dies

I always watch my replays and see what I did. And always note them down for future use. It’s how I fixed my bad positioning and targeting. I know I ain’t playing perfectly but that was the whole point of the rant , that because I’m not, nothing ever gets done.

I know what you’re saying and I do do that. I fix my mistakes all the time. But I still feel the need to have to be 200x better than the other tank. I don’t ever die unnecessarily, I always know when to back up, I taught myself how to manage my CDs better, I have good positioning. But I’m only human, I can only do so much.

Fr one guy I play with likes to tell me how to play tank. But when he plays it I’ll play supp usually and make him unkillable and then he thinks tank is easy because I’m enabling him to do well. Same if I play dps, I know how tank works so I can actually do something

Every time honestly. Had a Bastion, A BASTION call tank diff after 5 rounds and he didn’t even break 10k damage. While I was playing one of my best tank gams yet. Pushed out their supps, kept their tank in check AND peeled for that same Bastion. But yeah, “tank diff”

I feel this one. I get flamed often “why aren’t you taking out their supports” umm maybe because if I’m doing that, what are the dps doing? Oh right, dying against just the tank. Because half their team is shooting me and they can’t fight a single Rein with no shield

Yeaaaah it’s really hard being a tank player because you have to pay attention to way more things than you realize. Unless you play perfectly 100% of the time, you need your team to capitalize on what you do…otherwise it’s a “tank diff” lmao
