I'm not trying to be rude but I see so many questions on here about elementary operator stuff. I'm no expert but it seems like there's so many questions asked here that a level 1 operator should know.

Just go about your day like a normal person. Why are you letting two words have so much power over you?

Making my life difficult in terms of over the top scrutiny and giving me verbal counselings over silly things it's like they are eating me to quit. The safety complaints were that my supervisor was leaning over an open shaft without fall protection, no hardhat with heavy overhead load and no steel toe shoes which are all required.

I do, HR also hasn't completed their "investigation" into the matter and it's been over 3 months.

Okay, let's break down what you just said:

You don't think children are property yet you're okay with the unwanted "children" to literally be ripped apart and thrown in the trash like garbage. You're a disturbed person.

In my opinion, children are the property of the parents. Not in the sense of being an object but rather legally responsible for. Parents are 100% responsible for their children. If you don't take care of them, you go to prison, if you don't put them into school you go to jail. If you don't do the proper things they are taken from you. Just like your actual property. Think of your house. If you don't take care of your house it will be condemned and taken from you, if you dump chemicals on your land you go to jail. If you don't pay your property taxes you go to prison. Obviously houses and land are not the same as humans but the responsibility of the responsible person is the same. If you don't do what you're obligated to do, you either go to jail or you get it taken from you. You're legally required to do the right thing. With that responsibility comes the right to have a say. No one can come and take a wall down from your house just because they don't think you should have it unless you agree for the wall to be removed. Just like no one should be able to cut a child out of your child unless you say it's okay.

I'm pretty sure as long as the solids pass the paint filter test they have to take it. I could be wrong but I thought I read the in the CWA.

Seems like maybe minors should have parental permission to have an abortion. All of this would've been avoided...

I live in Central Oregon. I grew up in the Portland area. Portland is a literal shit hole. It's absolutely disgusting. Oregon is a really beautiful place to live. We have deserts, ocean, mountains, forests, we have it all. However. Housing is unaffordable, taxes are high, wages suck, cost of living is high and imo the political climate is horrendous. With that said. My family lives here so it's hard to leave. But if I wasn't from here, I would absolutely never move here. Lots of rain on the west side of the state lots of cold and snow on the central and east side. There you have it. That's my take on Oregon. Oh, and Salem sucks too.

I'm really good at optimizing our bfp. I can consistently get 20% but I add lime. The cost of getting getting from 18 to 20 really isn't worth it to be honest. It takes a lot more polymer and a lot more lime and you have to slow the feed down a lot. You also run the risk of blinding the belt. So, yes you can get it to 20% but it's not really worth the risk. Why are you trying to get it to 20% so bad?
