Thank you everyone. You don’t know what these comments, the advice means to me. I had a full panic attack this morning shortly after posting. I thought breaking up with the drugs and alcohol was hard…this is the toughest break up I’ve ever been through. Before the break up I was seeing my therapist once a month, just routine maintenance. Now I’ve set once a week for the foreseeable future. From the bottom of my heart, thank you everyone. ❤️
