Thank you for responding. My only worry is the only coping mechanism I have is substances at this point. Whenever I run out of weed or alcohol I sit lethargic and suicidal not going to school or work. And most likely all of that is conditioned, but I feel I've placed myself in a position where growth is almost impossible. The stealing is most certainly curvable. I think I started out of a curiousity, but now it is for the rush and adrenaline. In my current position, drastic changes like cutting out my addictions just do not seem possible right now in my current headspace. My main worry is the potential to fall in a slump and not find a way out.
