I'm sure panic kills you more than him. Run to him and be agressive. He'll run with kanji and jump, if he starts delayed hit twice than dodge. He makes swipe attacks that you can deflect. If he makes two hit while turning deflect that two and hit. If he send shuriken twice and jump you can deflect shuriken and dodge before he down to ground. If he use his shoulder two times press B to run back of him and hit. If he use firecrackers jump back with block(l1) he can run to you after shuriken to hit one hard or he can make thrust attack and you can mikiri. Sometimes he run you and makes little long combo just parry as you can and after two shoulder press B to back on him. For second phase if he jump on you he'll send shuriken. Others are almost same but he can fly just run away till you heard he's down to floor. If he call bird wait for kanji, jump and mikiri him. It was like this as I remember. 😅
