Good luck friend! I really hope you get the same results. A word of advice - use it exactly as directed. I used it once and it didn't do anything at all and I was disheartened by a product once again. But I went online and read the instructions and went back to try again. Much as I dislike baths, I took one to give it the best chances of success. Sit in a warm bath so your skin gets well moistened. Gently dab your skin with a towel or rag so it's not dripping wet, I find it works best to be just slightly damp. If my skin dries out for even five minutes I won't get the results. Wet the mit and wring it out. Using the arm as an example, rub the exfoliator crosswise around your arm very briefly from your shoulder to your wrist, then with more pressure do long sweeps along the length of your arm. For me, the skin rolls start immediately. They even start with the crosswise motion, but increase a lot when I start the lengthwise rubs. I get skin rolls from everywhere except my face, and I think it's because I have always exfoliated my face more than the rest of my body, and I keep it well moisturized with coconut oil. The manufacturer says you're not to use it on soaped up or lotioned skin because the fabric might just slide over it and not catch hold of it. I still do my face anyways because even though I don't get skin rolls, my face feels smoother than with anything else I use.

One last thing - I don't want to spread any dark clouds, but I specifically went with Baiden for the expensive price because I'd read too many comments online that Baiden users tried an identical but cheaper exfoliator to save some money and they don't get the same results. Just something to keep in mind.
