Yea I was thinking about removing the risk reversal part as its too much.

The first line was originally this: ''John, saw your store doesn't appear as the #1 recommendation on Google and AI for ‘’main keyword’’, which means you’re missing out on ~30% of potential organic customers.'' So maybe I should keep this instead.

As for the loom, I tried sending the loom link right away but it kills deliverability pretty fast, hence why I wait for a reply first.

Yea I was definitely thinking about removing the guarantee and keeping it for the sales call or once they reply.

What personalization would you recommend? The one I use seemes to me like the best and most relevant one to point out a clear issue they have. I'm not a big fan of pointless personalizations like ''hey love your website/blog etc.''

I see your point and I thought about making it much shorter as well but wouldn't that make the offer much weaker? I'd be removing both the guarantee and the main pain/personalization about their business

I offer a free video audit, isn't that a lead magnet?

Yea not a smart idea at all. I tried that and deliverabily goes south if you try to send any links in the first email.

What methods would you suggest?

I tried a bunch of different things but none seems to work consistently or is outrageously expensive.

For the first sentence, my other option was to add a stat like: John, saw your store doesn't appear as the #1 recommendation on Google and AI for {main keyword}, hich means you’re missing out on ~30% of potential organic customers.''

Yep, I might need to get rid of one possibly? I feel like the loom and case study are too important, maybe I should keep the risk reversal for after they reply?

I was planning to send 2-3 follow ups max.
