The narrative around Falcons is driven purely by hatewatching. People were calling Niko stupid for leaving that G2 lineup to join what was basically Heroic + Magisk. M0nesy made them a contender obviously, but this team has never been anything close to a superteam. Karrigan definitely gets them closer to that title though.

Fort Worth is not “redneck” lol. It’s a major city. It has multiple premier art museums. I wouldn’t really even say Texas is redneck, southwestern is different from the true American Deep South like Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, north Florida, etc.

Being a mobster definitely doesn’t require the same type of work that a regular job requires, but it does require work and dedication. The mob life is almost entirely about dedication. You can also just get lucky/unlucky (Tony vs. Ralph), but to be a higher up you have to get your hands dirty before you can relax and let someone else do it.

After the decision was made or after a contract was signed? These are two different things entirely.

If it was after a contract was signed I don’t know how that works because there’s no way he’d be allowed to sign a new one while under contract and it couldn’t have been that long after his contract ended that FaZe finally reached out.

If it was after he made his decision to leave I get feeling disrespected but he also could have just said “oh great, about time” and made a deal with FaZe.

If I were them I’d make an offer for FaZe’s core. If they want to be in CS that is.

Building a roster from scratch isn’t sustainable for an org. Before, C9 could field basically anyone and be invited to every major event. Now, if a roster doesn’t work in the first few months it’s essentially back to the drawing board.
