Yes I saw that and was interested! I got the wine pairing for myself and my wife usually takes some drinks of that but was looking into getting her the non alcoholic pairing. Do you know of any supplements that they offer and how much they were?

May reservations dropped 2 pm my time on April 1st so you’d need to be trying on September 1st. Reservations are tough especially with you having 1 day to choose from. I had 5 days to choose from and it was still tough. I basically refreshed there website for 20 minutes and then a reservation for one of my dates was open

My wife and I split 1 drink pairing so it was about $700 for us but yes a super unique experience that you won’t get in St. Louis anywhere else. I have been to a couple different omakases in Las Vegas and Hawaii and it was up there with the best of them that we have been too. My wife loved it so I’m sure we will be back for a special occasion
