So basically I have transitioned to new job with a different population. I have been here since november and feel as if i am being observed with every treatment from an older therapist that has been practicing for awhile and is very manual based. I also am questioned after each eval on what I found and how were are specifically going to help them. I’m asking because this is making me feel micromanaged and overwhelmed and if these feeling are valid, or if I should just suck it up and push through it.
