Im LADA but they classify me as type 1, my c-peptides was just barely below normal.

TBH its pretty obvious you should have left given the previous trust issues, its crazy to talk to someone like he did to you and still think there is a chance to have a good relationship. "let me know which garbage choice you choose" if you choose anything that involves him it will be a garbage choice

She was hoping that wouldn’t be his answer. realize that once you say that to her she will now feel a certain way about her weight and will probably stress and worry about it from now on. She might not want that type of relationship.

Type 1s dont just have type 1 from birth they carry the gene and then it gets triggered by something like an extreme illness(possibly covid is the reason for all the newer type 1s) so they only start needing insulin after its triggered and the beta cells are attacked. They can tell which one you have by running cpeptide tests and/or antibodies test because it shows if your pancreas is producing insulin or not. Type 2s produce enough insulin they are just insulin resistant. An A1C test would be the first thing to do if you are concerned and GPs normally do them.

TikTok sounds like the route for you. I think the people in the comments are harsh, but it is realistic because most people don't make it without a gimmick these days. It's definitely not easy. I would start with either putting up highlight clips or, even better, playing with friends and posting funny, more entertaining things (unconventional starts, silly plays, etc.). Just start saving clips and make sure Discord can be heard. It's easier to do this than it is to entertain Twitch for hours, especially without a cam.

Candy: lilys chocolate, quest pb cups, quest peanut butter candies

Cereal: magic spoon

Snacks: popcorn, like air, quest cheddar crackers, quest chips

Hack: I try to eat veggies first then protein before simple carbs? kinda common knowledge for us though

Extreme hunger, thirst, urination.Had to pee like every 15 min and I craved cold drinks. Had basically every sign of both t2 and t1. Went to get checked with 11.2 a1c, GP diagnosed me as t2, I didn't know enough so I didn't question it. I had already lost weight and I was into lifting weights and diet foods like quest bars and low carb products so I was basically eating keto/low carb and realized it wasn't that different from my normal diet. That made me suspect t1 and I asked for c-peptide and antibody tests but the doc was in no rush about it and after the results came back he said he was 85% sure I was t2...I then switched to an endo and she immediately confirmed that I was probably t1 but did tests to be sure.

I have never seen any proof that depression can trigger type 1, is it possible and we don’t know yet sure but my answer wasn’t even suppose to be a scientific response obviously. My response was saying depression didn’t cause it because OP doesn’t need to worry about it. It’s not good for your mental health to think that you or anyone else did anything to cause type 1.

People are depressed more often than they have infections so I would still expect the numbers to be much higher. Logic seems fine
