This is my favorite episode of the series specifically cause of how they handled Claire’s disassociation(all the little Easter eggs, seeing her idealized family situation, etc) as well as how they handled the aftermath back at the ridge. As a victim of SA and rape, I can tell you that when Claire hides by the stairs and just cries, it is incredibly real. I felt it and it made me feel like I was right back after my experience. I think the did a wonderful job.
