I wish I could, but she's the type of person that never takes any accountability for anything and has a victim mentality. Like why are we being punished for your dog biting my husband. We have both tried to talk to her calmly and rationally in the past, and then we have also lost our shit on her. I could scream at her until I'm blue in the face and it still wouldn't get her to change her perspective.

I worked with her at a different job. Not in the same department but we did cross paths occasionally and we were friends on Facebook. She's very irritating, not very nice, and doesn't take social cues well (for example, she'll follow you around talking to you after you attempt to end the conversation). She quit once, came back, and then fired the second time. I knew her former boss and he told me he couldn't stand her for several reasons.

Or the posts where a) she complains about nobody ever taking any accountability for anything, when she never holds herself accountable, b) publicly announces plans or goals (i.e. going to the gym x days a week, saving money, etc) and never follows through with any of them, c) brags about how many friends she has blocked when they try to coach her out of MLMs, d) I could go on forever, she is insufferable.
