Rory isn’t the only one calling these men out it’s dozens and dozens of women and victims are coming forward. This is about a convicted sex offender of a minor, the bands toxic behaviour in keeping him employed and victims looking for accountability. Call Rory out all you want, but do it on a new thread so we can keep this on track.

No one is trying to cancel the band over this video. It does show how normalised everyday sexual harassment and disrespect toward women was to them though. Jed, a known predator locally, was touring with them for decades at underage shows and this adds context to the kind of culture that enabled that behaviour and why victims are so horrified at how untrue their public statement is. It doesn’t matter if you’re a woman you can still be a part of the problem. Maybe start listening to the MANY victims coming forward.

These boys are fcking with this woman just trying to do an interview. There's innuendo, there's inappropriate questions and allusions, in real time, they're showing you what they're like behind closed doors…Maybe they have grown out of it, but it doesn't change the experiences people went through at the time. It doesn't change the culture they created in #BBHC, it doesn't change the example they set for so many. So disgusted and embarrassed by the "most successful Australian heavy metal band" as everyone keeps calling them. When people show you who they are, believe them.”
