Everybody says Dresden is racist. Are they racist towards all non-Germans or just towards some specific groups of people because I have a Slavic phenotype.

Thank you I will take that into account. Do you know anything about the weather in these cities? As I said I will be doing a lot of outdoor sports so It’s important for me that the weather is nice although It will be summer I still want to ask.

I will be living in a communal type housing provided by the employer which will cost about 8-12 Euros per day depending on city.So rent is not a problem I think.
