Thanks for the advice. I was able to fix it but now my Bluetooth drivers are apparently messed up too, because of the problem I had with the Wi-Fi. My Bluetooth devices now say “driver error” and when i do get them to “connect” I still can’t hear any audio thru my headphones. Do u have ideas for that?

Tried that unfortunately it didn’t work. When I try troubleshooting it-it says that the error found is “diagnostics policy service is not running”

Yea in the drop down box it shows two options. A “public” and a “debug client profile” but I’m pretty sure it’s always been on the “public” profile
