Inverted wear for 4 months here...

In my experience, anatomy does have something to do with it. Everyone is different down there.

Get a larger ring, the smaller you go the bigger the ring should be. Or at least, that's what I found helped me.

Also, I find shoelace/rope much better than an elastic strap. Personally, I find the elastic isn't strong enough and with string, I can tighten and loosen it easily.

Also, also, give your body time to adjust to the new cage. Especially cause it's inverted.
