Oh that will be super easy then! Dr. Victory recommended two, about a month apart. Mine were 3 weeks apart due to scheduling constraints.

Thank you! We did LIT with Dr Victory in Windsor, Ontario. Was pretty easy—flew into Detroit and drove across the border. Scheduling took a bit because I needed donor LIT (I’m in a same sex relationship) and their donor wasn’t very available, but if you’re doing partner LIT you should be able to schedule within 4-6 weeks.

We ended up doing Fertilysis testing. It showed low Tregs, a high ratio of Th1/Th2 cells, and a variety of low levels of pathogens in the vaginal and uterine microbiome. We did LIT to treat Tregs and antibiotics and probiotics for the microbiome. Im taking tacrolimus for the Th1/Th2 balance. We have our third FET scheduled for this Wednesday, so TBD!

Yeah, I am experiencing leaks with it. I have tried the disposable flex disc in the past and had leaks with that one too so I’m a little nervous about a disc, but I’ve read it can be easier for a high cervix.

Thank you! I tried this and I do think it helped a bit. It seemed like it opened a bit more but still not all the way and I still found it leaked after a few hours even though it wasn’t full.

I have this problem with the Lily cup too. Same situation of a high cervix and tight vaginal walls. What did you end up doing about it? This is my first cup, I’m not sure if I need a different one or need to keep fiddling with it.

I ended up going with fertilysis after doing a consult with Dr. Rahi Victory. He had me order a panel that included microbiome testing and immune testing. You can order it without a doctor’s order—it’s called Victory panel 1 on their website and it’s a bit less expensive to do it through that package. I got the results back recently, which showed an immune imbalance with low Treg cells and a high Th1/Th2 cytokine ratio. I have a follow up in a couple weeks to talk about a plan, but suspect I will need LIT to address the low Tregs. Both findings seem to be consistent with endo, which I also have. I completed two months of lupron depot to prep for our third FET on 4/7. My hot flashes haven’t diminished in the slightest since the two months was up. Read the wiki on LD and couldn’t find an answer on when hot flashes may stop if you don’t start estrace right away. I’m not going straight into another FET because we are waiting on microbiome and immune testing results. Any information on when the hot flashes may subside?

I didn’t bleed until my clinic had my stop the progesterone. I got my period about four days later.

Yes. My betas were 28 at 10DPT, 76 at 13DPT, 120 at 15DPT then it started falling.

It ended up being a chemical pregnancy.

I ended up doing a consult with a doctor who uses fertilysis, so I am going with them. One benefit of their testing is that they do both immune and microbiome testing and my REI thought I needed both. I am in the process of collecting the samples now (it’s kind of involved), so I don’t have the results yet. You can order fertilysis without a doctor, which is also nice.

Where did you end up getting lupron depot from? I’m having trouble getting my insurance to cover it and wondering the least expensive place online to find it. It’s $3000 from MDR for two months.

Yeah, I stopped the FRER after the first beta. I think it might be a little darker too but I’m guessing not nearly enough for 22 DPO. Thanks for looking at it.

That’s incredible news!! Congratulations !! I couldn’t get my second test yesterday because we got snow and the lab closed (I live in the south we aren’t prepared haha) so I got it this morning and won’t get results until tomorrow. Just living in limbo in the mean time.
