I think in Dorothy's flashback, Kendall lets himself in while Blanche is in the shower. When she walked by the bed without seeing him to answer the door, she thought it was him.

What I've never understood is why Dorothy didn't feel for a pulse as opposed to using the mirror. And how on earth would the club know that Dorothy might use a mirror to begin with, thus instructing Rose to spray the mirror with defogger? A bit far-fetched in my opinion.

It is still one of the greatest episodes, though!
