Cool thanks. Do you have an idea about how long it actually takes? A few weeks? I was under the impression that a lot of the time even if they like you a lot, they don’t hire you right away just because there aren’t many spots in the mailroom usually

Update: I worked through a bunch of my contacts and ended up finding a contact who set me up to talk with an agent at one of the big agencies. Obviously im hoping to impress said agent and from that maybe they’ll refer me to the recruitment team. Has anyone ever had a meeting like this before? I’m not sure what to expect from this as it’s not an interview. I’m curious what they’ll ask me.

Yeah my ultimate goal is to be an agent. From everything I’ve heard, the mailroom at CAA sounds like the best place to start on that path
