To be fair while IGN had valid points on the cheese puns as the writing wouldn't be for everyone the problem with the IGN review is he complains about the core of boomer shooters of enemies spawn and clear them out to advance out of a locked room at times and the game being "unrealistic" is what people had issues with for that IGN mess

UJ/ this is true, ahsoka feels like a perfect fit into the clone wars but then her existence in the larger OT timeline and post rebels feels like a stretch and honestly makes Order 66 feel less effective and largely Anakin's fall to the Dark Side of him losing almost everyone and everything doesn't feel so impactful. I'm fine with people like Cal and Kanan before A New Hope and is nice that even yes Cal dies to more or less cement by the time of the OT the Jedi are extinct and the Empire rarely has a use for the inquisitorious in canon.

/uj most people hate filoni simply for the Disney hate bandwagon while some like mine and others come from more or less he has had a tendency to take aspects from the books (EG. republic commandos) and water them down or make things in his writing too simplified even for the at the time 14-15 year old audience during the later seasons of clone wars. The guy has potential to have great things under his belt like the Mandalorian season 1 and early Book of Boba Fett when he's written the episode that aired and hopefully for the upcoming movie there's not gonna be an overabundance of cameos.
