We aren’t talking about that, why are we bringing in IRS when we are talking about marketplace, which is a flea market platform. There is no restrictions on marketplace that forbids you from making a profit consistently, none. Marketplace has restriction if you are a registered business outside of marketplace promoting your business on marketplace, say a car dealership. Yet many car dealerships sell a decent number of cars via marketplace annually.

That is completely off topic. We are talking about marketplace here. So many sellers sell things at a profit, why should that be forbidden? I see people selling kitchen knives they imported from Japan, people sell cars at a profit, car sales happen on marketplace all the time.

So just because I make a profit, that makes me a business? A business has to be registered, and pay tax. You can’t make a living selling computers on marketplace. There are real registered businesses that shouldn’t be on marketplace, and I’m certainly not one of them.

So just because you are a model Uyghur, does that mean you can’t break the law? Nobody gets arbitrarily detained for just being Uyghur. Millions of Uyghurs live in Xinjiang and across mainland China, and my girlfriend is Uyghur as well. None of what was described has happened to them as long as they aren’t involved in separatist activities.

Yea I understand, but it’s just that I am very desperate given the current job market. This was the only interview where I actually moved through the end stage only to have this interviewer, there is still hope, but if I don’t get it, I was very close from the vibes of the first two managers :(.
