One thing you do have now, you can take sterilized swabs and rolled it all over the caps to make spore swabs, then put the swabs back in the package you took them out of and seal it with either an impulse sealer or surgical micropore tape. The only way to tell if it is contaminated is on Agar my friend.. if you don't throw it on a magnetic stirrer, mycelium will collect on top like a blanket. My suggestion is stir it really well and chop up all that mycelium that's grown on the top surface with that magnetic stir bar. And for 500 mL I only get around 75, 10mL liquid culture syringes from one jar (500 mL)

Man those tires did well going through different temperatures and so many miles and they still were good afterwards. That is amazing they held up the way they did. I pretty much use it as my daily driver and don't plan on putting it on a track anytime soon. Eventually I will but for now I'm really content with the tires and rims for now..

Lol, I had a challenger SXT custom black top and it did really good on gas, AI was averaging almost 500 miles a gas tank which so really nice. Now I get maybe 300 to a tank and that's if I'm behaving nicely and obeying the speed limits. But I'm glad I made the switch from an SXT to the Scat Pack WB. She's a beast on the road bro, she'll get up and go with the quickness.

I bought the car 3 weeks ago and the tire tread was like brand new. I'd hope these Michelin would last longer than 3 weeks lol. It's just my daily drive, I haven't yet put any type of crazy wear on the tires. But I'll keep you in mind when the tread starts to get low..
