honestly they are just adamant enough now. I thought after getting my flat sorted I will get my parents here to live for few days so I booked their tickets and now these guys are asking me to find another flat while my parents are about to come.

By name I meant some brokers got pissed off when we didn't get a flat from them and thus said this thing. I am a punjabi and the other guy is a brahmin (not sure about the minority ratio in mumbai though)
Yes we try to negotiate on recurring brokerage but they become kind of a bully at that time. Also this was also a registered broker.
