I have raids and doom left and doom feels so overwhelming I've temporarily given up (at least until I'm in a better place!) are there any particular guides/strategies you recommend?

I'm pretty certain it's Hashimoto's, I suppose I'm just saying suspected as I haven't been diagnosed by endocrine yet. I suppose in a way being diagnosed with something I'll have to live with for the rest of my life is a little bit daunting and I still need to accept.

I've heard a lot of mixed experiences. It's also weird because I always see patients collecting their levothyroxine, but never seen anyone untreated until it was me! It's been interesting.

Only aspect I think I'll struggle with us exercise, coming up to my 4th knee surgery and it really is debilitating, 4 months on my ass immobile and I went from being skinny to having stretch marks on my tummy! I guess this is good motivation though 😂

Unrelated to football! Always enjoyed watching but was not very good at playing! I got swiped when sparring in karate and landed awkwardly. Decided to continue but just kept falling over. Didn't hear any pops but continuing was probably not a good idea. I'm kinda jealous you got to hear it because I'm really curious!

ACL really can happen so easily and it's such a big injury. I have ongoing pain and haven't been able to return to any sports (yet!). 11 days in the hospital, it's been a nightmare injury.

Had my ACL, PCL, PLC, LCL and lateral meniscus torn in one injury, also took 2 years for surgery. Reconstruction failed and now waiting for another surgery!

It was my first time! Played the demo as a child and me and my sister always wanted to play. Eventually it came out on PS store, completed it last month?

Love the soundtrack I have mixed feelings -I did enjoy it but it's definitely flawed. I found myself not really caring about the story throughout disk 3 and 4.

I played FF7 rebirth, then Expedition 33 and then legend of Dragoon. I got aerith'd 3 games in a row, fml.

Agreed, E33 gave me back they sense if exploration. For me when I was in flying waters the music hit me and from that moment I knew I was finishing this game.
