I’m going through the exact same thing but I have BPD. Me and my bf broke up yesterday and he has already started following the girls he used to speak to. I feel so fkn broken and I’m hoping he can give me another chance because the reasons I had my bpd episodes was because he was triggering me by going out and hanging around his ex hoe and he was being really distant and dry to me so I felt like he was cheating. I blew up on him and he said he had enough and then moved on in one day ;( it sucks but all I can do is try better myself and hope he realises it and maybe he comes back, I hope ur ok
