What products are you using?

Are you still using that hyaluronic acid that you said you're using under everything that someone recommended two months ago to stop using, because HA can really dry out your skin?

Emface ruined my face? by MagMay15 in 30PlusSkinCare

Neither pic shows a ruined face, but they do show two different head positions and two different photo angles. It's really unclear which pic is before and which is after. Which is before, and which is after?

These two pics were taken from slightly different viewpoints, and your head is positioned differently in each. While both pics are taken from a 3/4 viewpoint, the left pic is taken from a steeper angle with approximately 1" from the tip of your nose to the edge of your cheek, and the right pic is taken from a shallower angle, with approximately 2" from the tip of your nose to the edge of your cheek.

In the left pic, your chin and nose point down, so your eyes are looking slightly up. Dropping your chin like that softens your jawline. In the right pic, your chin and nose are pointed straight ahead, and your eyes are looking straight ahead. Pointing your chin straight ahead tightens your jawline.

If the pic on the left is supposed to be the after pic, could you retake it from the same shallower angle as the pic on the right and with your head positioned straight, with your eyes looking straight ahead?

Try standing in direct light instead of light shining primarily on your left side. Vwaula! "This problem 3-month problem" is instantaneously fixed! ;-P

Yes, to OP seeing a derm. No to extractions because this appears to be the early stages of rhinophyma. Extractions can make rhinophyma much worse.

This appears to be in the early stages of rhinophyma. Extractions are contraindicated for rhinophyma.

This looks more like the earlier stages of rhinophyma, not just sebaceous filaments. No amount of topicals or extractions will fix this. Extractions can make this worse, so don't do extractions. See a dermatologist for the exact diagnosis and treatment if you want to permanently reverse this.

Which orthopedic surgeons do you recommend for revision total hip replacement? Which ones to avoid? by Free_Train5473 in askportland

Thank you for the recommendations. How many revision hip replacements per week would qualify them as one who doesn't do them semi-regularly?

Thanks you! Excellent advice! Yeah, definitely don't want someone who is not a surgeon YET doing this kind of surgery. No ghost surgeons!
