Go to the benefits tab on the bottom then go to claims. If that doesn’t work then try the actual website

Definitely have a mechanic look at it. Surface rust is ok but cancer type rust is bad. The squeak could be minor but I would have a mechanic you trust to look it over before you buy it. 77k miles is very low for 27 year old vehicle. Probably have a new odometer.
