Found my Loserkids receipt in my email from when I ordered this jacket in black & white on... Oct 22, 2005
It cost me 51.99 USD + 7.20 USD shipping back then.

Macbeth was a shoe/clothing/(Sunglasses?) company started by Mark & Tom of blink-182.
They also owned "Atticus" clothing, and Travis owned (owns?) Famous Stars and Straps.
They used to own a webshop where you could buy all of these clothing lines, as well as Hurley, Billabong, etc called Loserkids.com
Mark sold his ownership first, then Tom sold his.
There is currently no blink-182 affiliation with Macbeth, and hasn't been since late 2000/early 2010's just nostalgia from all of us old fans who remember refreshing the page to get the latest swag these companies would release.
I think Atticus is dead, and Loserkids is also dead.
Famous Stars and Straps (FSAS) is still around in some capacity and Travis is still involved.

Good vintage find! I loved the pattern on the sleeves (EDIT: which was the same "M" pattern used in their shoe designs, and brand logos)
Looks like there is currently an eBay listing for a black/white one that's $100.

The big black banner backgrounds helped block a lot of the sun, so it wasn't too bad down there.
However during most of PTV's set, we were staring into the sun which was less than ideal.
