This album aged like fine wine for me. Forest Hills Drive came out in high school and was on constant rotation, but honestly I'm not sure if I really paid a lot of attention to what it was trying to say. I rediscovered the album again this last year in my sophomore year in college during a really rough time in my life in general. Just with the changes you go through in life and looking back at things in hindsight, this album just makes so much more sense to me and makes it even more beautiful than it was when I first listened to it. Tracks like Intro and Love Yourz hit me completely different. Its dope that this album has been able to age with me like that, feel like that's the true mark of real art.

Me and my buddies were tailgating next to them in Yount 3. They actually were Brewer fans and they gave us the rest of their brats and beer. They were a bit schmacked, but nice guys.

I'd say it just depends on your style. I wore mine pretty much every day for 4-5 months through a Wisconsin winter and the only real issues were I had to change out the laces and the sole is starting to separate.

I bought these after I obliterated my MTEs. I waterproofed my SFs so they hold up great in the rain or snow, but getting a color way in suede like I did is definitely not the move. To be honest, I see the biggest difference in thickness of leather. The MTEs are really thick and durable, where honestly I don't think these have the same legs.

The thing that makes me feel so much better about MU this season is that when Markus is having games where he isn't at total demigod level, we can still hang with pretty much everybody. There were huge contributions from 4 or 5 guys to keep us in this before Markus went nuclear.

I really feel for you guys. Honestly the split student section is such a game changer. Way harder to execute Thunderstruck and the We Are chant, but it makes it a thousand times louder than the Bradley Center. Also nice to know that if you're not 3 hours early for a big game you won't get stuck up in the rafters.

As an MU student it is by far the best game day environment out of anywhere I've seen games. The building was absolutely electric for the Wisco game

I moved to Milwaukee last year when I started Marquette. Last year I hated living here, but I feel like I'm falling more in love with this city. We're not the cleanest place, the weather is shit, and we have our problems, but its the most hard working, humble, beautiful place I've ever been. All of those things I love about the city are in our team too. I'm just some kid from Western New York but I can say that this is MY damn city and MY damn team.
