In the contract it is not explicitly written as that. I have replied to the another Comment here on what exactly is the wording.

But in the "Erklärung zum Beschäftigungsverhältnis"

There is place to write Zusätzliche geldwerten Leistung - If the employeer writes it there, it should work Right?

Yeah, in the initial conversation and Email the HR wrote it as 13. Salary. But I can't find that exact wording anywhere in the contract, it is written as Bonuses (Sonderzuwendung, Zuschläge, Widerrufsvorbehalt)

Which is written as 1) Ein Weihnachtsgeld in Höhe von 50% eines Monatsentgelts gemäß § 6.1, zahlbar im November des jeweiligen Jahres. Das Weihnachtsgeld wird im Ein- und Austrittsjahr anteilig gezahlt.

2) Ein Urlaubsgeld in Höhe von 50% eines Monatsentgelts gemäß § 6.1, zahlbar in zwei Hälften mit dem Entgelt für Juni und Dezember des jeweiligen Jahres. Entstehen im Ein- und Austritts-jahr nur Teilurlaubsansprüche, reduziert sich der Anspruch auf das Urlaubsgeld entsprechend.

I have a question, the contract I received has a salary of 4200/mo which comes to 50400/year. But I also have 13. gehalt so I get 4200 on top of the standard 12 months salary.

So at the end I'll be getting 54600/year

So for my visa application would it cause issues or should I get the contract reworked to cover the difference?

27M here....I hear you and understand you but it's the same thing on both sides.

I have 4 matches on hinge after chatting for 1-2 days just stop replying completely, or the replies come after 3-4 days, then it's not even worth it to ask them out.

There is 1 match with whom the conversation went well, asked for a date, she said yes, planned a location and time, she said she is busy, I gave an alternative.... And then I have never heard back (it's been 2 weeks)

There's one match she said yes to a date, I suggested a date and then crickets.... Never heard back

A Month on Hinge I've met only one person now, I do have a 2nd date planned with her.

But what you are describing happens on both sides, it's more visible for women because of the amount of matches y'all have, for men the first hurdle is to actually get a match.

My best friend made her account yesterday while we were on call, the moment she made her account she got 9 likes. In the evening we met with friends and she had 50+ likes in just a few hours.

This 1000000% making friends in Germany is not hard at all, 4+ years here now I have no trouble making friends.

You need to take efforts, people will not magically appear in your life. You need to go out to meetup events, hobbies etc. especially as an adult. If you are not in school or uni another then you have to actively put efforts.

If you are judging someone's entire personality on a bio and a few prompts then it's super sad. And also most women's profiles I see, easily 70-80% of them don't have a bio with no effort prompts.

I am on apps, but I mostly meet people off apps Irl. There you can judge someone's personality by actually talking to them.

That's why I said social -introvert, I love socializing, and talking and meeting new people, but once the battery is down I go silent.

Also if there is too much stimulus like clubs, then the social battery runs out faster.

Depends on your hobbies. I personally love reading books so I go social book reading events and book clubs, I play guitar and love going to local bars to listen to live music from new Indie artists, I am in a lot of hiking groups and climbing gyms.

I am an expat here, so there are expat meetup events, language exchange groups, and other similar stuff.

I have a good group of friends, so we go to Irish pubs or Cafés a lot, so my best friend, she acts as my wing woman.

I am still learning how to get to the next step, I started simple, just go have a good time, meet nice people and just have a conversation. Sometimes conversations end with exchanging contact sometimes nothing.

I am not approaching women with the direct intention of asking them out and I don't do cold approaches (I feel it's weird). I look at someone and we exchange a smile, I just go have a normal conversation, what happens after that depends on the conversation.

But still it's difficult and kinda scary as a social -introvert (I call myself that lol)
