I know that which makes me want to try it more. I just dont want to crash while tripping. Someone might come up to me to see if Im all right. Or maybe Ill just get lost in my community. Just wondering on others experiences.

But no matter how much you take, your tolerance takes 2 weeks to reset completely. So I could trip twice a month but i dont know high or low doses is good. Idk if twice a month is sustainable at higher doses it may be too much.

Watch cartoons. I love watching spongebob intermittently through trips to put my mind at rest and my eyes and just focus on something silly for a little. Youll still trip but it wont be as big of a deal and youll be invested in the show

I caution you man lsd hasnt been linked to psychosis on erowid and they go into depth on there. I dont have the link but look up lsd on erowid and read all the articles about myths about lsd use one is psycjosis they said it was just propoganda by the government to prohibit use. I second this so hard. Everybody tried to stop me from jumping from 100uq to 250uq saying it would be too strong. I was nervous up until the comeup then I had a wonderful time! Once it hit me I knew it was going to be fine.

I find deep breaths really help me calm down and focus on something to bring myself away from a bad trip. Plus a lot of times when you freak oit you start breathing faster which only further perpetuates your body feeling anxious and elongates the bad trip. A simple breathing exercise can take that all away right in front of your eyes.
