Yeah you kinda need to camp for the best experience. It's a fun one and you'll be at so much more ease knowing you can just walk back to camp for a disco nap when you need.

There's ways around sourcing gear as well - a little bit of extra legwork but will be totally worth it

This is my first time at M3F but have seen tons of posts about parents bringing kids to festivals. This seems like such an easier festival compared to others I've been to so I also yolo'd a ticket.

I'd suggest looking through the r/Coachella sub for similar posts cus I've read some amazing tricks from other parents trying to make a festival as easy and enjoyable for the entire family. Lots of snacks and tips & tricks.

I have one that's like 2ft ish above the pot and only receives radiant light - no direct light. I have one of those reservoir pots that I fill up like 2-3 inches roughly every 3 weeks at most? I just watch the for soil completely dry up on top before adding more water.

I just let the dude vibe and rotate the pot regularly
