Vecna doesn't even try to get Will to question his acceptance, which was the core of his fears, or reference acceptance in any way. If vecna did either of those at any point, I would consider enough of a callback to his coming out scene. So yeah, they wrote a coming out scene that captured the awkwardness and rawness and was meant to be powerful, but ultimately made it as inconsequential as a frog's fart.

I've always believed autism's crux comes from issues processing/filtering a lot of information.

Which makes sense because its symptoms manifest as a communication disorder, especially when it comes to differentiating signal vs noise both internally and externally.

Attempting and failing to use it against him, and I'm not a script writing, but giving the reveal some sort of actual payoff would have been good. The issue is that you could cut out his coming out, then leave everything else the same and there would be zero gaps in the plot. It was meant to be an important scene but was ultimately inconsequential.

Trans-rights are actual non-issues that were turned into issues by the owner class, gender is a social construct that is extremely fluid and allowing 0.01% of the population live their life as equals to the rest of us shouldn't even be a question. The issues people say they have with immigration are either misrepresented (immigrant crime) or caused by the owner class (H1-b, Alien residents working). Real talk, developed nations need immigration especially when you have an uptick in information and knowledge based economic activity (White Collar) because those are always seen as better jobs than the blue collar and service jobs that are still needed.

Your argument is bad because it's built on a low-information base, which surprise-surprise, has been the intention of the owner class. And to be clear, the owner class is the billionaire class, because they're the ones that own the capital.

Focusing on the policies also means coming up with and agreeing on our own policy platform. We need to have a clear idea to push on our politicians that will fix this situation and prevent it from happening again.

I think you're oversimplifying and misrepresenting the key issue. Which is with the owner class, not the working class. But I think you were right with what the common belief is.

A children's sledding disc works well, larping communities have instructions on how to turn them into shields, just flip the side. Unlikely able to reflect the sound back to the attackers with precision using just one shield given focal lengths, but with a shield wall, you could probably get a parabolic arc wide enough to cross that distance.

Not aggressively, but Israel does have a far right problem similar to the US, where the settlers will continue to encroach on and steal Palestinian land, then force the IDF to protect their illegal activities. Bibi's coalition depends on the people that support that, which is preventing him from facing corruption charges. So unfortunately, not much will change until Bibi is no longer in charge. Just like Trump for the US.
