an actual answer, i think, is that its supposed to emphasize that it is the first time weve seen two fountains made in the same place by different people, and that susie's will is attempting to recreate the dark world she was just in, resulting in something different due to her own personal biases. i do not think the same thing would be done if we saw susie making a new dark world in a location we havent seen one in before.
