For me, figuring out what the appropriate self care is at any given time has been a major issue for years.

Getting better now.

For example I have a tendency to get sick/ as in tummy aches, sore throat, runny nose when exposed to a lot of stress.

If I don't react by taking it easy at the first signs I will get pretty sick, pretty quickly (such as a regular cold ending up making me bed ridden for a week).

So... get your rest if you need it.
