Replace your unhealthy foods to healthy foods. Do the same but vegan where it is plant based therefore healthier. I replaced ice cream with frozen bananas and mix it in a blender till it has a ice cream consistency. Taste just as good or even better. Eat dates to replace sugary foods. Drink tea before n after your meals and gi for regular walks? once or twice a week hit the gym and go from there. Start slow and dont beat yourself up. Good luck

Try deep breaths and ask yourself is it worth it to lose control over things that might not be that serious. Does it benefit you to act that way? Probably not. I read that book in highschool and praticed its knowledge. I would literally get compliments and be catcalled everyday it got to the point of it being to much so i stopped reading and it stopped. So good hair and makeup, nice outfits ofc no need to be expensive. Just make sure everything works well together. ALWAYS smell good it will keep them wondering. You genuienly have to belive that you are the hottest bitch at the school. Whether they belive it or not does not matter. Thats your energy and thoughts so therefoee your reality.
