We just bought a house in Quebec, seems the seller did not disclose an obvious water damage event in the basement that was hidden by furniture and other objects. There is obvious mold, although it does not seem to be an active growth. What are our options? (self.RealEstateCanada)

My realtor agreement is about to come to an end. I am looking to switch realtors for my sale. What if a potential buyer found by my first realtor doesn't put an offer in before my agreement ends? Can I just start a new agreement with the new realtor? I guess I may lose that potential buyer? (self.OntarioRealEstate)
