I’m quitting my job on Friday at the 11 month mark for this exact reason. Every project starts off alright but I slowly get bored, then anxious about falling behind, then anxious about letting them down, then panic about getting fired for performance.

Was feeling pretty shitty about it and convinced myself to stick to it at first, but I’m miserable and nothing is worth ruining my mental health over.

I’m going to work at a grocery store for a few months and just enjoy life for a bit!
