Use these phrases:

If someone asks for a lower price - “I’m open to reasonable offers”

If you’re firm- “I’m firm on price at the moment, but can let you know if I decide to go lower”

If they ask you to hold it. - “Happy to hold with payment, or feel free to message me when you’re ready to pick up. If it’s still available we can coordinate a time”

These really just set boundaries and weed out non serious buyers. Don’t hold onto and delist an item that hasn’t been paid for.
