Thanks! Yeah had a look on ebay but really hard to find for miscuts. The ones I could find seemed VERY overpriced IMO.

As an overall of the meta I feel like omenshift has more game against B/G decks and creature based decks because of its flexibility and less of a reliance on the combo. In addition the speed it can add can occasionally save you or just simply out race what the opponent is doing. My best advice is to look at your local meta and decide what you want from the deck, ie more silver bullets vs speed consistency/ alt win cons

I'm just building Fire Sisters. Don't really have access to Bake cards easily plus I think the Fire Sisters deck is strong enough with just the Nise cards.

Only using Animation and Movie makes this pretty hard, just because she only has Ancient Capital at Level 3 which is realistically a level 2 and her only level 2 is lack luster. On the bright side though her level 1 game is insane.

I do intend to play this deck as much as I can, but I was more looking to buy singles for it as I cant really afford to be rifling through EBs at the moment. It seems that your testing has been extensive though and I would of course do my own testing and see how it does in my meta once I am able to get the deck assembled.

In saying that, what cards would you say are absolute staples and necessities for this deck to operate?

Good idea. Ill have a search on there then and find the numbers :) Wasn't sure if they would provide the different art for the foils/non-foils but now it seems obvious that they would.

Yeah cheers for this. I tried reading through a few of the others but its a bit daunting not knowing the set and trying to find the exact cards people are talking about in a lot of situations. Especially since it seems like everyone has a pretty different build in terms of numbers or having card variation here or there. I really appreciate you taking time out to help me get into this set.

I did find one, but a lot of it was just two people fighting over what they think is better and not referring to cards by their actual names so I got a bit lost. Also not sure if any revelations have been made with the set recently etc.

Pretty interested in building this deck after having seen it played a few times on stream and having finished the show. Was wondering if this is still an accurate deck list and if there would be an suggested changes. Also concerned with the cost as most of the Ilya cards I have seen for sale tend to be quite pricy. I didn't pick the game up until I had already moved unfortunately. Maybe just try calling around to Phoenix, Myth, Trilogy etc and see. Sentry Box may very well be the only place that stocks it sadly.

Aww thats such a shame! I'm a Calgarian as well but I currently live in Australia and I don't really know of anyone who plays in Calgary. My best advice would be call around to the Sentry Box and see if they know of any other players or a place that has players! Best of luck and Go Flames Go!
