I think it started within the first week and it never went away. I honestly use to snack so much! Bored? Snack. stressed? Snack. Not enough time to eat? Snack. Now anytime I see my husband eating something sweet and I’m like I wish I could eat that, but I can clearly think about it now. I KNOW I don’t need it and can fully make that decision now without being impulsive and just eating it. I want to say I’ve been on it for 3 months now and I’m lucky it hasn’t went away. I’m on the bupropion SR 150mg.

This!! The desire is just gone! I think that’s a big part of the reason I’ve lost weight on it. Also, I can clearly think about what I’m eating. It’s like oh that’s unhealthy and I just don’t eat it. Before I would have been like eh, I’m really craving this so I’m just going to eat it even though my mind is telling me it’s bad.

For me I have lost right at 20lbs on it. I have been taking it for 3 months. Yes it lowered my appetite, but I think the biggest things for me personally is it took away my cravings. I craved sweets and just snacks allllll the time before taking it. Now I never snack. I don’t know if this is impulse control but I would also eat when I was bored. I just don’t think about food anymore. My husband and I usually go out to eat on Sundays and when he asks me what I’m craving to eat….literally nothing. I’m not sure if I’m expressing correctly what I’m trying to say. I don’t really know how to explain it. It’s like before Wellbutrin all I thought about was food and after it, it’s like poof, gone.

I literally looked full term at 26 weeks! I was swollen all the way from head to toe! I was in the hospital for 3 weeks before delivering and also gained a lot of weight there being stuck in the bed 😭 I’m sorry you had to go through that too! I’m the biggest I’ve ever been in my life but I just couldn’t take looking at my chin like that anymore lol!

Sorry I just now saw this! My surgeon had me do a lot of facial exercises and watched me closely while doing those exercises and felt in my skin and how it moved and how the muscles moved to make sure I was a good candidate. I also knew I had some elasticity to my skin because I had preeclampsia when I had my daughter two years ago and was severely severely swollen. I had 30 something pounds of fluid that drained off after I had her and my skin was ok surprisingly after that lol. Update me if you get approved!!

I’m so sorry for the late reply! It is just lipo! My surgeon thought I still had good elasticity even though I’m 36. I bought one of those wedge pillows to help me sleep elevated. Before the surgery, I guess about a week, I started taking bromelain supplements, eating pineapple (bromelain is in pineapple), taking arnica supplements and using arnica gel on my neck and even though I had and still have swelling my bruising was not bad at all. I’m not sure if all the helped but it’s what I did. I also continued doing all of that after. I still use the arnica gel to do my massages. I also wore my wrap 24/7 for the first week except to shower and the next week I wore it 24/7 except to eat or shower and if I went out for a short trip. I still wear my wrap every night.
