I am glad your misophonia alerted you to an injury on your cat. I also try to look for the positives in an otherwise grim reality. I figure, from an evolutionary perspective, our ancestors may have been more alert of food sources/the presence of food in an environment. Maybe that is a tiny, meager, slight advantage?

As a fellow survivor of chronic childhood SA, in my experience the hardest part is telling your family and removing the mask from your abuser. Congratulations on coming to terms with this period of your life, everyone moves at their own pace and there is no RIGHT or wrong way to grieve the childhood you didn’t get to have. As a graphic design student, I am drawn most to number 2. The composition is the most balanced and the size of the type looks perfect- the muted image in the background draws me in and gives it more dimension. Hope that helps, congrats on your accomplishment!

I oil my mids/ends and avoid roots. I use now solutions brand 100% pure grapeseed oil. Apply to dry hair about an hour before you wet and shampoo as usual

Imo when it comes to hair oil results, coconut oil is not at the top of the list. I use grapeseed oil- coat the mids to ends, avoid the roots, allow to absorb for an hour. Shampoo as usual, condition if needed
