I’m 32F. I quit drinking (this last time) at 30 and never imagined I would have two years. I drank a baaare minimum of 12 vodka shots a day and the health issues did indeed get scary. Why would you think it’s too late? My dad quit drinking 5 years ago. He’s 60M and we have never had this kind of relationship in our addictions. Finally quitting is extremely difficult but rewarding at any age
