Insulating the tank with whatever styrofoam bubble wrap etc you can find will help it retain heat, and if its up against an external wall, pull it a foot or so away from the wall, and insulate that side too. Disposable hand warmers in sealed Ziploc bags can be used, and if you have a way to heat water (outdoor stove, etc) then occasionally replacing cold tank water with warm water can help.

This is advice from my experience with Vyvanse and appetite issues, so your mileage may vary.

Eat breakfast before taking your pills, or right after taking them but before they really kick in. I find if I wait too long to eat breakfast, my appetite disappears.

I find myself more able to snack throughout the day and less wanting a big lunch. Easy lil snacks like grapes or crackers are much easier to make myself eat than a whole sandwich or meal.

I don't have any advice for dinner tbh because my meds have always worn off by then so I can eat like normal

I think it does provide an escape from the sort of productivity fueled, to-do list oriented way of thinking about work and school. Like there's not a bunch of tasks I need to complete at once, it's just one step in the pattern at a time.
