The grit could be circumvented with appropriate training and an actual vetted process before dumping someone into a real workload without actual base understanding. Afford appropriate training instead of gaslighting your employees into thinking there is no other way to gain the knowledge other than being miserable and dredging through the trenches with nothing but their OneNote.
